JCHC Board OK’s Additional Construction Cost for Parking Lot

The Hospital Board of Trustees for the Johnson County Healthcare Center have approved a request for additional funding for the redesign and construction of the clinic parking area at the facility, in conjunction with the current capital construction project.

Hospital CEO Luke Senden, during the board meeting Wednesday evening, explained what would need to be done to the parking area.

Senden said the additional cost for the redesign and construction of the parking area would be just shy of $97,000.

After discussions the board voted to approve spending the funds for the project.
