Sheridan Commission Appoints Morgan to Parks & Rec Board

Sheridan County’s Commissioners voted to approve the appointment of Patrick Morgan to the Sheridan County Parks & Recreation Board.

At their last meeting, the commission appointed Morgan to serve the remainder of an unexpired term on the board to begin February 1, 2023 through June 30, 2025.

Also accepted by the commission was the Official Bond and Oath from Karen Renee Botten, Clerk of District Court, for $10,000 effective from January 3, 2023 through January 3, 2027.

An amendment to the agreement between the county and the State Forestry Division on the USDA Forest Service Rocky Mountain Region, Western States Wildland Urban Interface grant for $50,000 to extend the term of the agreement through June 30, 2024.
