Trees for Trash took place on Saturday (May 9) at the Sheridan County Landfill. The event encouraged Sheridan Citizens to take a load of trash to the landfill. After unloading their trash, Sheridanites received a Serbian Spruce tree to plant. All visits were free during the event.
Although the day was windy, the event was well attended. Trees for Trash was hosted by ERA Caroll Realty, US Bank, Wyoming Corporate Office, Landon’s Greenhouse & Nursery, Sheridan County, and the City of Sheridan.
