Sheridan Commission Approves Downers Addition Rezone
Sheridan County’s Commissioners have approved a rezone request for Lots 3-10 in Block 40, and Lots 5-9 in Block 45 of the Downers Addition, known as the West 15th Rezone.
According to County Planner Mark Reid, the 1.47-acre property is currently zoned C-2 Commercial, and the applicant is seeking a re-zone to UR Urban Residential.
Reid gave more details on the request.
The Planning & Zoning Commission, on March 3, voted 3-0 to recommend approval of the rezone.
