Big Horn HS Track and Field Coach Kirk McLaughlin Named 2A Spring 2023 Coach Of The Year

Coach Kirk McLaughlin has completed a triple crown of sorts within the Wyoming Coaches Association.

The WCA has named the Big Horn the 2A Boys Track and Field Coach of the Year for the Spring 2023 seson.

The Rams won their first state title since 2019, by 2 1/2 points ahead of Burns at the state meet in May.

For the 2022-23 school year, McLaughlin was also named the 2A Football Coach of the Year for the fall 2022 season, and was named the Assistant Coach of the Year in Indoor Track and Field for the winter 2022-23 season.
