State Golf and Regional Tennis Start Friday / Broncs, Rams, Eagles and Cowboys all Play Football Friday night

HIGH SCHOOL FOOTBALL – All three Sheridan county high school football teams play on the road Friday, the Broncs play at Rock Springs we will have the game live for you on 14-10 KWYO and 106.9 FM plus our live video web stream at sheridanmedia.com the First Federal bank and trust pregame show will start the broadcast at 5:30.

The Tongue River Eagles play at Upton / Sundance and the Big Horn Rams play at Glenrock.

COWBOY FOOTBALL – The Wyoming Cowboys open Mountain West conference play at home Friday night vs the Air Force Academy that game will kickoff at 6:00, you can hear it live on Smart Talk 106.3 FM.

Head coach Craig Bohl held his weekly meeting with the media and recapped the Poke’s victory over Northern Colorado.

And he went onto to say the AFA has a great team this year.

TENNIS – The Bronc and Lady Bronc tennis teams start the post season this week at their regional tournament in Powell play begins Friday.

GOLF – The Bronc and Lady Bronc golfers open the state tournament Friday at Rock Springs.

X-COUNTRY – The Sheridan high school cross country teams host the annual Michelle Ludwig invitational Friday at Black Tooth park, teams from Tongue River and Big Horn will also compete.

SWIMMING / DIVING – The Lady Bronc swimmers and divers host a dual with Casper Kelly Walsh Saturday and next week it’s time for the Sheridan invitational.

VOLLEYBALL – The Sheridan Lady Bronc volleyball team plays at Thunder Basin Friday and home vs Campbell county Saturday.

JUNIOR HAWKS HOCKEY – The Sheridan Junior Hawks are 1-1 on the season and will play their first two home dates of the season this week, they host the Butte Cobras Friday and Saturday night game times are 7:30.
