Sheridan will play in the 4A East Regional Tournament at Cheyenne South, while Big Horn and Tongue River play at the 2A East Regional Tournament at Pine Bluffs.

Buffalo plays at the 3A East Regional Tournament at Douglas, while Kaycee and Arvada-Clearmont will play at the 1A East Regional Tournament at Guernsey-Sunrise.
