REGIONAL VOLLEYBALL – High school regional volleyball tournaments wrapped up play Saturday, Sheridan Media’s Kevin Koile has details.

HIGH SCHOOL FOOTBALL PLAYOFFS – The Sheridan Broncs beat Kelly Walsh 59-0 to advance into the semi final round of the football playoffs, Head coach Jeff Mowry says they wanted to start fast and jump on KW quick and that’s exactly what happened.

It’s another home game this week as they move onto the semi finals.

They host Thunder Basin Friday night we will have the game live for on KWYO 14-10 AM and 106.9 FM the First Federal bank and trust pregame show will start at 5:30 with kickoff at 6:00.

The Big Horn Rams beat Lovell to advance to the semi final round, the defending 2A state champs will play Lyman Friday at noon in big horn.

The Tongue River Eagles saw their season end with a 14-13 loss at Lyman.

COWBOY FOOTBALL – The Wyoming Cowboys lost 32-7 at Boise state this week the Pokes host the “Battle for the Bronze Boot” when they host Colorado state, the game will be played Friday night kickoff is at 6:00.

BRONCO FOOTBALL – The Denver Broncos beat Kansas City 24-9 for their 2nd straight win,their next game after their bye week is at Buffalo for Monday night football on the 13th.

SWIMMING / DIVING – The Sheridan Lady Bronc swimmers and divers will be at the Wyoming state swimming and diving championships hosted in Gillette prelims get underway Thursday.

JUNIOR HOCKEY – The Sheridan Junior Hawks lost both games on the road in Butte, Montana, the Irish took both games by scores of 4-1, this week the Hawks will play home and home against Gillette, they will play in Gillette Friday night and host the Wild Saturday night at 7:30.
