Football Quarterfinals Start Friday / Wyoming at Boise State Saturday / Regional Volleyball Tournaments Open Friday

FOOTBALL PLAYOFFS – The Sheridan Broncs open the playoffs Friday night at home against Casper Kelly Walsh.

We will have the game live for on KWYO 14-10 AM and 106.9 FM the First Federal bank and trust pregame show will start at 5:30 with kickoff at 6:00.

The Big Horn Rams host Lovell Friday night at 6:00 the Bulldogs beat the Rams in Lovell in overtime the first week of the regular season and the Rams haven’t lost since that game.

The Tongue River Eagles travel to play at Lyman that will be an afternoon game at 1:00.

COWBOY FOOTBALL – The Wyoming Cowboys are prepping for a road trip to Boise state, Head coach Craig Bohl says they got a lot done during their bye week.

And he says this game is huge for the Pokes for league standings.

The Pokes and Broncos go Saturday afternoon at 3:30 you can hear the game live on KWYO 14-10 AM and 106.9 FM.

BRONCO FOOTBALL – The Denver Broncos beat Green Bay for their first home win of the season last week and this Sunday they host Kansas City it’s a 2:25 kickoff you can hear the action live on KWYO 14-10 AM and 106.9 FM.

VOLLEYBALL – Wyoming high school volleyball teams begin the post season this week with regional tournaments, the Sheridan Lady Broncs are hosting the 4A East,

the Lady Broncs open the tournament Friday against Cheyenne East at 1:00.

The Big Horn and Tongue River teams will play at their regional tournament in Wright play starts Friday, the Lady Rams open against Lusk at noon the Lady Eagles play Pine Bluffs at 1:30.

SWIMMING / DIVING – The Lady Bronc swimmers and divers are off this week in preparation for the Wyoming state swimming and diving championships set to open in Gillette November 2nd.

JUNIOR HOCKEY – The Sheridan Junior Hawks are coming off a road sweep of the Yellowstone Quake, they are back on the road this week for two in Butte, Montana.
