Wyoming High School Football Season Starts Today / Broncos Host Preseason Finale Saturday Night Against the Rams

FOOTBALL – The Sheridan Bronc football team plays at Cheyenne Central tonight and we will have all live for you starting with the First Federal bank and trust pregame show at 5:30 kickoff is set for 6:00 you can hear it on KWYO 14-10 AM and 106.9 FM and also we bring you our live video web stream at sheridanmedia.com.

Head coach Jeff Mowry says their prep for the season went pretty good and the players are ready to get the season started.

The biggest thing tonight is to see how the team matches up with a very good opponent.

And Mowry says it’s up to the Broncs to come out and set the tone for the season.

The Big Horn Rams play their zero week game at the Natrona county Sophomores today.

Tongue River plays their zero week game tomorrow at Sheridan high school against the Bronc JV’s kickoff is scheduled for 9am.

SWIMMING – The Lady Bronc swimmers and divers open the season at the Laramie relays today.

TENNIS – The Bronc and Lady Bronc tennis will be back on the court tomorrow hosting Cody and Powell.

X-COUNTRY – The Sheridan high school cross country teams start their season at a meet in Casper this afternoon.

VOLLEYBALL – The Lady Bronc volleyball team will open their season on the road today at a tournament hosted by Lander.

The Big Horn Lady Rams open at a tournament in Douglas and the Tongue River Lady Eagles open at a tournament over in the Big Horn basin.

COWBOY FOOTBALL – The Wyoming football Cowboys open their season at home September 2nd against Texas Tech that game will kickoff at 5:30 and you can hear the Pokes this season on KWYO 14-10 AM and 106.9 FM.

BRONCO FOOTBALL – The Denver Broncos have their final preseason game at home tomorrow night with the Los Angeles Rams game time is at 7:00. they open the regular season September 10th at home against the Las Vegas Raiders.
