The Full Fall Local Sports Schedule Opens Friday

HIGH SCHOOL FOOTBALL – The Sheridan Bronc football team plays at Cheyenne Central and we will have all live for you starting with the First Federal bank and trust pregame show at 5:30 kickoff is set for 6:00 you can hear it on KWYO 14-10 AM and 106.9 FM and also we bring you our live video web stream at sheridanmedia.com.

Tongue River plays their zero week scrimmage Saturday in Sheridan against the Bronc JV team kickoff is scheduled for 9am.

The Big Horn Rams play their zero week scrimmage at the Natrona county sophomores tomorrow.

The Lady Bronc swimmers and divers open the season this week in Laramie for the Laramie relays and pentathlon tomorrow and Saturday.

TENNIS – The Bronc and Lady Bronc tennis will be back on the court Saturday hosting Cody and Powell.

CROSS COUNTRY – The Sheridan high school cross country teams start their season at a meet in Casper tomorrow afternoon.

Head coach Art Bauers says the teams are having a great week after finishing up their mountain training camp.

And he says all the runners have been waiting for several weeks to get this new season started.

And finally the meet tomorrow in Casper Bauers says it’s a great opener for the Broncs and Lady Broncs.

VOLLEYBALL – The Lady Bronc volleyball team will open their season on the road tomorrow at a tournament hosted by Lander.

The Big Horn Lady Rams open at a tournament in Douglas and the Tongue River Lady Eagles open at a tournament over in the Big Horn basin.

COWBOY FOOTBALL – The Wyoming football Cowboys open their season at home September 2nd against Texas Tech that game will kickoff at 5:30 and you can hear the Pokes this season on KWYO 14-10 AM and 106.9 FM.

BRONCO FOOTBALL – The Denver Broncos have their final preseason game at home Saturday night with the Los Angeles Rams game time is at 7:00. They open the regular season September 10th at home against the Las Vegas Raiders.
