Local Sports Schedule for the Week Starts With Tennis and Golf Today / Wyoming Football Hits the Midway Point of fall Camp

TENNIS – The Bronc and Lady Bronc tennis get back on the court this afternoon hosting matches with Jackson play gets underway at 4:00, tomorrow they host Casper Natrona and Kelly Walsh matches begin at 10:00 am.

GOLF – The Sheridan high school golfers tee it up in Cheyenne today while the Tongue River and Big Horn golfers play in Sundance tomorrow.

X-COUNTRY – Sheridan high school cross country teams start their season at a meet on Casper mountain next week.

SWIMMING / DIVING – The Lady Bronc swimmers and divers open their season next week in Laramie, we will have a Lady Bronc preview for you tomorrow with Head coach Brent Moore.

VOLLEYBALL – The Lady Bronc volleyball team will open their season next week at a tournament hosted by Lander.

HIGH SCHOOL FOOTBALL – The Bronc football team opens their regular season a week from tomorrow at Cheyenne Central, Big Horn and Tongue River open their regular seasons September 1st.

The Rams will open on the road at Lovell while the Eagles will host Thermopolis.

COWBOY FOOTBALL – The Wyoming Cowboys are mid way through their fall camp and Head coach Craig Bohl likes what he’s seen from the players.

The Cowboys open their season at home September 2^nd against Texas Tech.

ROCKIES BASEBALL – The Colorado Rockies dropped yesterday’s home game to Arizona 9-7 they are off today and will open a weekend home stand with the Chicago White Sox tomorrow night.

BRONCO FOOTBALL – The Denver Broncos next preseason game is at San Francisco Saturday night game time is at 6:30 and you can hear it on KWYO 14-10 AM and 106.9 FM.
