COWGIRL BASKETBALL – The basketball season came to an end last night for the Wyoming Cowgirls as they lost their 2nd round WNIT game at Kansas state 71-55, they got off to a slow start scoring only 20 points in the first half, they finish the season with a 23-11 record.
SOCCER – The Bronc and Lady Bronc soccer teams get back on the field this weekend the Broncs travel to play at Cheyenne South and Laramie while the Lady Broncs will host the Bison and Plainsmen varsity game times are 6:00 pm Friday and Saturday at noon.
TRACK / FIELD – The Bronc and Lady Bronc track teams will compete at a meet in Broomfield, Colorado Saturday.
The Big Horn and Tongue River track teams will compete in their first meet of the season April 1st at the “Jerry Campbell” invitational in Buffalo.
GOLF – Spring golf for the Broncs and Lady Broncs starts in Worland April 6th, the spring season will conclude with a two day event at the Powder Horn May 8th and 9th.
TENNIS – The shortened spring tennis season will start with an event hosted by Gillette April 14th and 15th, they only have four dates on the spring schedule which will end in Sheridan Spril 29th.
TROOPER BASEBALL – The American Legion baseball season takes to “Rottelini” field at Thorne- Rider stadium the Troopers are schedule to open the season at home April 16th with a double header against Powell.
ROCKIES BASEBALL -Our live coverage of the Colorado Rockies will start with an opening four game road series at San Diego the opener is set for March 30th at 2:00 Rockies baseball can be heard live on Smart Talk 106.3 FM.
