Katie Jorgenson Signs LOI To Play Golf At Black Hills State University

A Sheridan Lady Bronc Golfer will soon tee off at the college level just outside of Wyoming.

Senior Katie Jorgenson has signed her letter of intent (LOI) to play golf at Black Hills State University.

She placed 8th at the Wyoming High School State Meet this past September and helped the Lady Broncs win the State Championship.

Jorgenson says she was looking to go to a college that wasn’t far from home, and playing golf at the collegiate level did not cross her mind at first.

Jorgenson adds she plans to major in elementary education.
