Beatrice Noteboom was born on August 18, 1946, in Pharr, Texas to Saturnino and Angela Saenz.  She grew up and went to school in Texas and New Mexico.  After her schooling, she worked at various service jobs.  In 1984, she moved to Buffalo with her family.  She was certified as a CNA and worked for Amie Holt Care Center for fourteen years. She met the love of her life, Lynn Noteboom and was later married and made their home in Buffalo.  Lynn passed away in April 2021, and she continued living in Buffalo until her death.

Bea had a green thumb and enjoyed growing her garden and flowers.  She enjoyed crochet, sewing, quilting, photography and was an excellent cook. Her passion was her family, and her happiest moments were when they were all together. Any reason for gathering with family and friends and cooking a meal was her happy place. She is survived by two sons, Chuck Peppin of Buffalo and Jesse Rios and his wife Misty of Windsor, Colorado; two daughters Roseanna Rodriguez of Aurora, Colorado and Melissa Martinez of Rapid City, South Dakota; two sisters; five brothers; thirteen grandchildren and three great-grandchildren.  She was preceded in death by her husband, her parents, two sisters and two brothers.
