Joel Brad Hollenbeck

Joel Brad Hollenbeck, 67, resident of Sheridan, passed away on Saturday, November 29, 2025, in Sheridan, WY at his home.

Joel was born on June 8, 1958, in Akron, New York to parents Jack and Billie (Hendricks) Hollenbeck.  He lived in Akron for nine years, nine years in Batesville, Mississippi, and then lived in Powell, Torrington in 1979, and met Tamie Allen, and they married in 1980.   They shared almost 46 years in January.

Joel enjoyed collecting antique cars, three in his garage. He really loved his Harley trike; he and Tamie were able to take a thirty-day trip to California together. He would also go on trips alone.

Joel and Tamie started the business JTJ Interior Wood Works and worked together for twenty-six years together. Joel spent many hours in his shop, building end tables, cutting boards, picture frames, benches, salt and pepper shakers, just about any items he and Tamie created. They attended many bazaars and craft shows, sharing their work.

Joel is survived by his wife Tamie Hollenbeck, several nieces and nephews. He was preceded in death by his parents, brother, John Hollenbeck, Brian Hollenbeck and his nephew Justin Hollenbeck.

A Memorial Service is at 10:00 A.M., Saturday, January 10, 2026, at Weatherby, 1550 Yellowtail Dr., Sheridan, WY. Online condolences may be made to www.sheridanfuneral.com. Arrangements are under the care of Sheridan Funeral Home.
