WY Business Council Approves SEEDA Grant Request For High-Tech Business Park

Plans to either expand the High Tech Business Park on the north side of Sheridan or build a new one, have cleared a big hurdle.
Earlier this week, the Wyoming Business Council unanimously approved the Sheridan Economic and Educational Development Authority’s (SEEDA) request, for a $20,000 grant for a feasibility study for the second phase of the business park.
SEEDA will provide $6,500 in matching funds.
Currently there is about 4.5 acres still available at the 38.5 acre park in North Sheridan.
At a recent special SEEDA meeting, members of SEEDA said they hope to have the Phase 2 feasibility study completed by this coming August.
