Sheridan Commission Accepts TANF/CPI Funds

The Sheridan County Commission, during their Tuesday regular meeting, voted to allow the chairman to sign the contract accepting funding for the Temporary Assistance for Needy Families Community Partnership Initiative (TANF CPI) Grant for 2021-22.

County Administrative Director Renee Obermueller explains more about the funding and its use.

Commission Chair Nick Siddle praised the efforts of both the recipients of the funding.

The amount of funding to be awarded to the COMPASS Center and Greater Wyoming Boys and Girls Clubs is $54,500.

The contract is in effect from October 1^st of 2021 through September 30^th, 2022.
