Sheridan County Approves Boley Rezone

The Sheridan County Commission has approved a rezone application from the Debra Boley First Revocable Trust for 10 acres of a 40-acre parcel.

Th property fronts Brinton Road (County Road #103) and is currently zoned as (A) Agricultural.

County Planner Mark Reid explained the need for the rezone application.

The County Planning & Zoning Commission voted 4-0 to recommend approval of the rezone, which the commission approved.
