COVID-19 Numbers as of 3 p.m. May 24

The Wyoming Department of Health reports the state has 50,428 confirmed cases of COVID-19 and 713 deaths in the state resulting from COVID-19.  

Laramie County has the highest confirmed active case count in the state with 84 confirmed active cases, according to the WDH. 

Sheridan County has a total of 2,519 lab confirmed positive cases since the counting of cases began, an increase of five cases since the last report by Sheridan Media. The WHD is reporting a total of nine active lab confirmed cases in the county, and 3,150 cases recovered. The WDH reports 674 probable cases in Sheridan County. Sheridan County has experienced 31 deaths related to the virus. 

Johnson County has 427 confirmed cases. Increasing by two cases since the county last reported by Sheridan Media. There are two active lab confirmed cases and 294 probable cases. The WHD reports Johnson County has 708 cases recovered and has experienced 10 deaths resulting from the coronavirus.
