Chamber Luncheon

The Sheridan Chamber of Commerce hosted their monthly Chamber Luncheon at the Holiday Inn. The event is held every second Wednesday of the month (except July and December.) Brittany Goodvin, from Sheridan Memorial Hospital, presented the program: “Driving Operational Excellence through Daily Huddles.” The presentation touched on the value of using daily huddles as a strategy for increasing employee engagement and problem-solving. Goodvin presented the huddle strategies used at Sheridan Memorial Hospital, that ultimately provide the foundation for the organization’s lean transformation.
