The Sheridan Commercial club has approved appointment of a committee to prepare petitions to be circulated among the city’s voters requiring the mayor to call a special election on the question of a commission-manager form of government.
The state of Wyoming has allocated Sheridan county schools nearly $50,000 from the state’s common school land income fund, based on a cost of $9.83 per pupil.
C. F. Haigler of Arvada is a business visitor in Sheridan.
A. T. Yonkee of Sheridan is attending the stock growers’ convention in Lusk.
Storm doors at the Western hotel have been removed for the summer season.
