City Building Inspector on Permits, Planning

Buffalo City Building Inspector Terry Asay, during his report to the city council,
said his office had issued nine building permits in January, six of which were for new homes.
He also reported that the Planning Commission passed the Kotera Subdivision, which will come before the council for approval at their next meeting.
A re-zone from B-1 to B-2 of lots in the Shiloh Subdivision was also reviewed and approved for a company to purchase the Shopko building to house themselves and use other lots for storage.
An access off of Main Street for the Bergner Subdivision is still being worked on with WYDOT.
On the agenda for the next Planning Commission meeting Tuesday is a setback variance and a special use permit, according to Asay.
