Johnson County Passes Resolution Setting 2021 Holidays

Johnson County employees will have a number of paid holidays in the coming year, after the county commission approved a Resolution that sets the holidays for 2021 at their meeting Tuesday.

Resolution #650 approves the official holidays for the coming year, which are January 1^st for New Year’s Day, January 18^th for Equality Day, February 15^th for President’s Day, April 2^nd for Good Friday, May 31^st for Memorial Day, July 5^th for Independence Day, September 6^th for Labor Day, October 11^th for Columbus Day,

November 11^th for Veterans Day, November 25^th and 26^th for the Thanksgiving Holiday, and December 24^th for Christmas Eve.
