Buffalo Council Passes Revised Snider Ditch MOU

Buffalo’s City Council considered a revised Memorandum of Understanding, or MOU, concerning the Snider Ditch during their recent meeting.

Mayor Shane Schrader details the revision.

In an earlier interview, Mayor Schrader explained Snider Ditch and the agreement.

Schrader said the MOU sets the responsibilities for each entity for any future repairs.

The city will provide the labor and the county will provide supplies for any portions of the ditch under city streets.
