SCLT to host Streetcar Clean-Out Party

Skip the pre-game and help us tackle a different kind of cleanup. Join Sheridan Community Land Trust for a hands-on volunteer work party (Super Bowl Sunday Edition) on Sunday, February 8, from 12–3 pm at the Big Goose Natural Area.

“We’ll be cleaning out the historic streetcar—removing broken glass and debris, taking out benches, securing broken windows, and wrapping the roof to keep future leaks at bay,” Chris Vrba Marketing & Development Contractor, said.

Think of it as a solid first half of teamwork before kickoff. Tools, materials, and refreshments are provided—just bring work clothes and a willingness to help preserve a piece of local history.
