Sheridan Commission OK’s Gregson Polo & Guest Ranch CUP Extension

A proposed extension of a Conditional Use Permit for a polo and guest ranch south of Sheridan was considered by the Sheridan County Commission.

County Planner Mark Reid gave details on the request.

Reid explained that if the commission approved the extension, the original conditions would still be in place and that a new building permit would be required.

The commission approved the request for the one-year extension.
