Gray said his top five priorities are requiring pen to paper ballots as the default method of voting in Wyoming; increasing Wyoming’s chain of custody procedures by banning ballot drop boxes and ballot harvesting; strengthening Wyoming’s Voter ID law by eliminating Medicare, Medicaid, and student IDs as acceptable forms of identification for voting; instituting hand tabulation verification of voting machines for recounts and audits; and amending Wyoming’s Constitution to ban dual citizenship for voting and holding office.

And returning county commission elections to Standard, one-person-one-vote elections.
No more Non-standard, Multi-seat, Multi-vote elections that Always favor incumbents.
Putting 10 people on a list and saying, “vote for no more than three” is a dis-service to voters. It causes confusion and gives a significant advantage to all “high-name-recognition” Incumbents.
Since 2010 all incumbents running for re-election, have been re-elected. That’s a 100% re-election rate for the last 8 election cycles, spanning almost 16 years.
    Sheridan, we have a problem!
One-person, one-vote is the bedrock of the democratic election process. We need to return to election fairness and integrity, by making all county commission elections standard. That’s one-seat, one-incumbent, one-person, one-vote.
Non-standard, multi-seat, multi-vote elections are rigged for incumbents and should be forever banned in Wyoming.
Election fairness and integrity are foundational to a free republic.
And the solution is so simple that it demands implementation.
But first, we have to recognize and admit that there’s a structural problem with the way county commission races are currently administered.

We have two US senators. Why don’t they both come up at the same time?
