Buffalo City Attorney Discusses Flatiron Drive Issue

Buffalo City Attorney Dennis Kirven brought an issue concerning the city’s Flatiron Drive project before the city council.

The council authorized Kirven to send a settlement offer to Barnum Construction.

Kirven also reported that the new fuel dispensing agreement between the city and the school district for the joint powers board had been approved and signed by the school district and he will now send the agreement to the State Attorney General’s office for his approval.
