Portion of Upper Road to be closed next week

A portion of Upper Road will be closed next week for some large culvert installations.

County Engineer Ken Muller said the closure will be between Box Cross Road and Metz Road.

The area is west of Big Horn Avenue and southwest of the Sheridan County Airport property.

Muller said the closure is scheduled for one day only, from 8 a.m. to 8 p.m. Tuesday.

He expects there to be three more of what he calls “spot closures” for similar work throughout this summer.
