Aaron PalmerBuffalo Building Inspector Terry Asay, in his report to the city council at their last meeting, updated them on the latest information regarding a developer that is looking to build an affordable housing complex in the city.
He said they are waiting to hear if they received Wyoming Community Development Authority (WCDA) funding for a local project.
Developer Alex Burkhalter, with Housing Solutions LLC, is wanting to develop
a project to build a 24-unit affordable housing complex, which has had various locations proposed on city-owned lands with a 99-year lease to the developer.
