Governor Gordon Highlights State’s Education System During State of the State Address

During his State of the State address before a joint session of the 68th Wyoming Legislature Wednesday, Governor Mark Gordon described Wyoming’s education system as a particularly bright spot in our state.

Gordon said the RIDE initiative dovetailed with good work of the State Board of Education and Superintendent Megan Degenfelder to streamline the state’s economic standards by focusing on what students need to learn, not esoteric national whims or agendas.
