JCSD1 Board OKs Policy Changes on Second Reading

The Johnson County School Board, during their last meeting, voted to approve a number of policy changes recommended by the Wyoming School Boards Association.

The board discussed the numerous changes to policy, questioning Superintendent Charles Auzqui about the number of policies being reviewed.

The policies included DBF, concerning budget hearings and reviews; DJC, concerning petty cash; DCA, management of fund balances and capital reserves;

DEB, funds from state and federal sources; DEC, rental and service charges; DJG, vendor relations; and DKA, payroll and pay schedules.
