Sheridan Mayor and City Council Results

Sheridan Mayor Rich Bridger won Tuesday’s Primary Election over challenger Matthew Hamilton. Bridger had over 71 percent of the vote. As for the race for the three seats on the City Council, Bev Leichtnam finished with 1,494 votes, or 27.19 percent, Jack Wood came in with 1,492 votes, or 27.16 percent, Steve Brantz had 1,482 votes, or 26.9 percent of the vote and Scott Van Dorsten finished with 961 votes, or 17.49 percent of the vote.

All election results are unofficial until after the Post Election Ballot Audit, County Canvass, and Post Election Audit of Equipment are conducted Thursday beginning at 1 pm at the Sheridan County Courthouse.
