Aaron PalmerBuffalo’s City Council has approved a number of requests from the Longmire Foundation for the upcoming Longmire Days celebration happening July 18-21 in Buffalo.
Jennifer McCormick, with the Longmire Foundation, spoke to the council about this summer’s events.
The council approved requests for street closures, a parade, and designated areas for open containers for the events.
Approved were:
A street closure on East Fetterman from Main to Lobban from 7 a.m. July 19 through 6 p.m. on July 21.
A street closure from Western to Burritt on July 19 from 7 to 11 a.m.
Designated Open Container at the Sports Filed Complex on July 20 from 6 to 10 p.m.; and on Main Street downtown on July 21 from 10 a.m. to 11 p.m.
