Sheridan Commission Ratifies Quitclaim Deed

The Sheridan County Commission considered the approval of a Quitclaim Deed on a portion of a street in the Downer Addition.

The county conveyed to the City of Sheridan a section of Holloway Avenue from 13^th Street to 15^th Street in the Downer Addition.

In the consent agenda portion of their meeting, the commission voted to ratify the Quitclaim Deed.

Also ratified by the commission was a License Agreement (2301LA) with Range Telephone Cooperative, Inc. for a bored crossing installation of communication cables at County Road 108 (Beatty Spur Road).

The fees were exempted.
