Peak View Minor Subdivision Approved by Sheridan County

At their last regular meeting the Sheridan County Commission considered an application to create the Peak View Minor Subdivision.

According to the application, Joe Wesnitzer applied for a subdivision permit on a roughly 38-acre property zoned as RR-Rural Residential, proposing the creation of two single-family residential lots, one of 10.36-acres and the other 27.5 acres, from a currently un-platted area just off of Metz Road southwest of the City of Sheridan.

Commissioner Nick Siddle gave more details on the proposal.

The commission voted to approve the subdivision application.
