Aaron PalmerThe Sheridan County Commission has approved an agreement between the county and Morrison-Maierle, Inc. to provide professional services for construction administration for a portion of the Brooks Street Project.
At the commission’s Tuesday meeting, County Administrative Director Renee Obermueller explained the scope of the agreement and the services the company will provide.
Obermueller explained there will be a lot of coordination on the project which will include utilities, and according to the agreement, a retaining wall/foundation system, aconcrete access road, two concrete pads, and the reconstruction of an existing asphalt drive on the courthouse campus.
The not-to-exceed cost amount for administrative services is $95,000.
