Published

on

State Representative Barry Crago (R-Johnson, Sheridan Counties) is in Cheyenne for the legislative session, and recently spoke with Sheridan Media giving in the first of weekly updates on what is happening in the legislature.

He spoke about the significant surplus in funds the state has seen due to higher oil, gas, and coal severance taxes and what he would like to see the money used for.

Crago said it is still early in the session and explained that so far he isn’t focusing on specific bills just yet, but he does have eyes on everything.

Representative Crago talked about how members of the House are getting along and working with each other in this legislative session, and we will have more on that tomorrow.
