SMH offers medical information at the tip of your finger

Sheridan Memorial Hospital is now offering secure, online access to a patient’s personal health information through their patient portal known as MySheridanHealth. Patients can easily access their medical information 24 hours a day via an app on their cell phone or via computer at sheridanhospital.org.
MySheridanHealth is available to every patient free of charge. According to SMH, originally implemented at the hospital in 2014, over the last year, the SMH team has been working to optimize the portal to make even more information available to the hospital’s patients.
While appearing on Sheridan Media’s Public Pulse program, SMH Chief Ambulatory Officer Holly Zajic elaborated on the new patient portal.
Security of such highly sensitive information is critical and the teams at SMH take that security seriously.
SMH Development Coordinator Jasmine Slater spoke on how the team used a proven existing secure system to build the portal and keep patient information confidential.
MySheridanHealth is completely confidential and meets all federal HIPAA guidelines designed to protect personal health information. To learn more, visit MySheridanHealth or contact SMH at 307-672-1000.
