Sheridan County Recruiting for New Administrative Director

Sheridan County will be getting a new Administrative Director to replace the current administrator who will be retiring this year.

The County Commission has initiated the recruiting process for an Administrative Director, and has formally retained the Sheridan Firm Peak Consulting, to conduct a regional search.

In a release from the BOCC, it was announced that current Administrative Director for the BOCC Renee’ Obermueller, recently announced her retirement after 18 years of service.

Her retirement will be effective on June 30, 2023.

Peak Consulting has formally started the recruiting process and will be accepting applications through Monday, January 23, 2023.

The formal job posting, which includes desired qualifications for the position, can be found on the Sheridan County website or a copy of the posting can be sent by emailing laura@peakconsult.net.
