Initial reports show 2022 Christmas Stroll a success

While appearing on Sheridan Media’s Public Pulse program, Sheridan County Chamber of Commerce Chief Executive Officer, Dixie Johnson, told listeners that although it’s still too early to report numbers, this year’s Christmas Stroll may have been a record breaker for some local businesses.
Held Friday, Nov. 25, the 2022 Christmas Stroll offered plenty to do downtown. With windows decorated and Christmas lights on full display, Johnson said the weather was a key factor in allowing everyone who wished to participate plenty of time to shop, catch up with friends, spend time with family and take part in the festivities.
Through Christmas Eve, Stroll button holders can check all participating businesses for the number that matches their Stroll button number. If found, the person with the winning button number receives a prize of at least a $50 value from the business.

Will they be posting in the Country Bounty the numbers with the business and award the prize after Christmas like they used to? There’s no way to get around to all of the participating businesses. I’ve been doing the stroll since it first started and really enjoy it, but like I said it has grown substantially. Thank you to all who participate!
