Ron RichterThe Sheridan City Council will be considering a funding request from Second Chance Sheridan Cat Rescue at their regularly scheduled business meeting Monday night. Second Chance is requesting $50,000 in out-of-cycle General Purpose Excise Tax funds to help off-set a considerable drop in contributions from foundation and individual donors. Mayor Bridger says the Council will also be considering the donation of fuel to Goose Creek Transit.
The Council will also be considering the award of seven 2022 Dodge Durango Police Pursuit Vehicles. The City Council will meet Monday at 7 pm on the third floor of Sheridan City Hall in Council Chambers.
