Two Gillette men are accused of harboring an Alaskan fugitive, who is accused of kidnapping her non-custodial daughter.

Joshua Richardson and Clayton Salyer have each been charged with one count of accessory after the fact to kidnapping.

According to a court affidavit, the two are accused of hiding Autumn Wilson, who was arrested in mid-April for kidnapping her 2-year old daughter and fleeing Alaska.

Campbell County law enforcement received a tip from a neighbor regarding Richardson, Salyer and Wilson.

They found Wilson hiding in the backyard of an apartment.

She was subsequently arrested and taken to jail.

The child was not with her at the time, but the U.S. Marshall’s Office found the child in early May at a relative’s place.

Wilson is facing charges in Alaska of custodial interference and kidnapping.
