Local Sports for the week

The Tongue River Basketball teams will be back in action this weekend as they will travel to play at Wright on Friday and at Greybull on Saturday.

The Big Horn Basketball teams will play on the road at Moorcroft on Friday. The game times have been moved up to avoid playing and traveling in the frigid temperatures that are expected Friday. The Rams will play at 1:30pm and the Lady Rams at 3:00pm. The Rams/Lady Rams will host Sundance Saturday afternoon.

The Sheridan Broncs/Lady Broncs will be on the road this weekend. They will play at Cheyenne South on Friday with games at 6:00 and 7:30. On Saturday, they will travel to Laramie to take on the Plainsman. Games are set for 1:00/2:30. We will have the games for you on 1410 KWYO and 106.9 FM.

The Arvada/Clearmont basketball teams will play at Hulett on Friday and will host Upton on Saturday.

The Sheridan High School Wrestling team is currently the #1 ranked team in Class 4A. They will put their undefeated season on the line again this week as they will travel to dual the Campbell County Camels on Thursday and then will host a Quadrangular on Friday as they will battle Thunder Basin, Natrona County and Green River.

The Sheridan High School Swimmers and Divers are off this weekend as they will prepare for the Wyoming Swimming and Diving Championships that will be held in Laramie February 18-20.

The Sheridan Hawks NA3HL Hockey team has won 26 straight games and currently hold the best record in the NA3HL with a 27-1 record. They are off this weekend but they will be back on the ice at the M&M Center February 19 & 20 when they host the Missoula Jr. Bruins.
