Arvada-Clearmont HS Will Not Field Basketball Teams In 2026-27 Season

One Sheridan County High School has announced it will not field teams when the season starts in about 2 months.

Due to a low number of participants, Arvada-Clearmont says it will not have a boys or girls team this upcoming season.

Last time around, the Panthers went 0-18, while the girls were 9-12.

The school says it will co-op with Buffalo for any student still interested in wanting to play, as well as anyone interested in indoor track and field.

Basketball practice can start as early as November 23rd and the season can start on December 10th.
