SHERIDAN AMERICAN LEGION BASEBALL – The American Legion baseball season for 2023 came to to an end this past week for the Sheridan Jets and the Troopers, we sat down with Troopers Head coach Austin Cowen after they returned from the state tournament in Jackson.

The Troops earned the number one seed but fell short winning one and dropping two straight and got eliminated Cowen says it was a tough way to go down.

And it came down to not being able to produce at the plate in big moments.

ROCKIES BASEBALL – The Colorado Rockies beat Oakland 2-0 Sunday, tonight they open a home stand with San Diego first pitch tonight is at 6:40 you can hear the Rockies on Smart Talk 106.3 FM.

FALL SPORTS – The 2023 high school sports season starts a week from today with the defending 4A football champion Sheridan Broncs opening fall camp. We will have a preview of the next few weeks with Broncs Head coach Jeff Mowry tomorrow,
