Weekend Local Sports Wrap up

SHS HOOPS – All Sheridan high school basketball games were postponed over the weekend Sheridan high school Activities Director Don Julian made the announcement that due to illness within the Sheridan and Cody programs it was deemed appropriate to postpone they will try and make the games up in January.
WRESTLING – The Sheridan Bronc wrestlers went 4-4 at the Gillette dual tournament and now pause for the Christmas break.
SWIMMING / DIVING – The Bronc swimmers and divers were third at the Kelly Walsh invitational Saturday, they are off until the first week in January.
BH HOOPS – The Big Horn Rams and Lady Rams basketball teams hosted the Foothills classic tournament over the weekend the Rams went 2-1 and are 3-3 on the season the Lady Rams went 1-2 and stand at 1-5 overall.
TR HOOPS – The Tongue River basketball teams co-hosted the tournament with Big Horn the Eagles went 4-0 and have a 5-2 record the Lady Eagles went 3-1 and sit at 3-4 overall.
JUNIOR HOCKEY – The Sheridan Junior Hawks were swept on the weekend by the the Gillette Wild.
COWBOY FOOTBALL – The Wyoming football Cowboys play Kent state in Potato Bowl in Boise tomorrow afternoon, Head coach Craig Bohl.
And he says the Golden Flashes can light up the scoreboard.
