JUNIOR HOCKEY – The Sheridan Junior Hawks will play their 2nd round playoff series against the Great Falls Americans in a best of three series that starts tonight in Great Falls.
The Hawks will host game two Friday night at 7:30 and game three if needed Saturday night at 7:00.
Head coach Andy Schieb says its been a long season they are rested and ready to start the playoffs.
The Hawks and the Americans had great games all season and the series should be highly competitive.
BRONC BASKETBALL – The Sheridan Broncs will open the 4-A state basketball tournament tomorrow night against Evanston the game is scheduled to tip off at 7:30 we will have it for you live on KWYO and 106.9 FMand on our basketball web stream at sheridanmedia.com.
SPRING SPORTS – The start of the spring sports season included the start of Bronc and Lady bronc soccer practice this week the regular season opens with a two day tournament March 20th and 21st.
The outdoor track and field season starts with the Natrona county Early Bird meet on the 21st.
COWBOY FOOTBALL – The University of Wyoming football program held their “Pro Day” Monday that’s when out going players get a chance to show their skills to NFL scouts and coaches.
One of those attending was Cowboy Head coach Craig Bohl and he was excited for his guys to get this opportunity.
