The first History After Dark of 2022 will feature Jean Harm and Henry Dickinson presenting the history of the Girl Scouts in Sheridan County, beginning at 6 p.m., March 10.

According to Museum at the Bighorns Executive Director Mikayla Larrow, The Girl Scouts started in Savannah, Georgia in 1912, and the organization spread across the country and the globe.

Larrow told listeners of Sheridan Media’s Public Pulse program about the upcoming event.

Harm has been involved with Girl Scouts since she was a small girl and is still active with the Girl Scouts in Sheridan County.

This event is free for museum members and $5 per non-member. You can learn more about this event on the museum’s website: museumatthebighorns.org.
